Vitas BOS, a vegetable fat-based margarine alternative, was presented as an excellent choice for making cakes, cupcakes, sweet bread, and high-quality baked goods.
In addition to the cooking demonstration in Sumenep, Apical plans to host the “Apical Collaboration” event on October 20, 2023. This event will provide the general public with an opportunity to sample a variety of culinary creations made from Apical products.
This ongoing initiative will be extended to various cities across Indonesia, with the intention of gauging public preferences and requirements concerning Apical products. This feedback will guide Apical in its ongoing efforts to innovate and evolve in line with consumer demands.
At the “Apical Collaboration” event, Apical’s culinary experts will craft sumptuous mooncakes using functional fats products like Vitas Cake and Vitas Butter Oil Substitute (BOS)/Vitas Supreme Margarine.
